One man, one drone.

Over a decade in residential maintenance and service, eight years as a home inspector, four as a real estate agent, and an affinity for gadgets.

Over many years, I have learned my way around a home – what makes them work, what makes them beautiful. What to fix if something isn’t right. Through hard work and experience, I have achieved a professional status, though I will always continue to learn.

As an inspector, I began taking an interest in drones several years ago. A drone can be useful for inspecting roofs and other high areas, and allowing for access to some of those areas that wouldn’t be safe or practical in other ways. So I took the plunge and got my first drone. Though a basic one, it allowed me to begin learning.

As time has passed, I have acquired my FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License. I have learned my way around flying drones, the nuances of using their cameras, and the special techniques to getting those perfect shots from up high. Upgrading to professional equipment has also been a fun part of the process.

Over the past year, I have been branching out into real estate drone photography and video for my friends in real estate. I have continued to study, practice and learn. I am always gaining knowledge of more advanced flying and shooting techniques, as well as photo and video editing, for those brilliant, professional visuals.

Though I began this process a a later age, discovering drones and their abilities has added both an enjoyable hobby and an opportunity to provide a useful service to my life experience. The technology we have access to at this point in history is quite impressive – flying a drone, and enjoying the views from heights and places only a drone can reach, is quite spectacular. I’m happy to share that experience with you in the form of creating beautiful photos and videos of your listing from aloft.
