Walk-Through Listing Videos with Optional Narration Now Offered

In addition to adding traditional still photography to my services lineup, I am also now offering Walk-Through Videos. Dee’s Company is now a Full-Service Listing Media Business!

Walk-Through Videography sessions consist of smooth, continuous-shot video walk-throughs recorded with a gimbal-stabilized camera and royalty-free music. A 2D Floor Plan via the folks at CubiCasa is also part of the package.  Options include a short introduction with you the agent, and/or a full agent audio narration of the video recorded by you on-site.  Also, as a recipient of vocal performance training, I offer professional voice-over narration recorded by yours truly.  Voice-over content will be at the agents’ and sellers’  discretion.

As in all my service offerings, I use proper equipment, education, experience and ongoing learning to provide high-quality professional results. I’m eager to work with you on your next listing!
